Gus G's new signature ESP Revolver EC

Well this is kind of interesting, now that Gus G (Firewind member and ESP Guitarist) is playing with Ozzy he has opted to switch to one of ESP guitars’ Les Paul style shape rather than his semi-pointy (well it does have rounded corners) Gus G.
It has an 80’s style paint job with bullet hole graphics which will probably put most people off if this is to be sold as a signature model but you never know. The guitar comes with a 25.5” scale with set-through construction, and features a mahogany body with a maple neck (22 XJ frets) and rosewood fingerboard. It also offers Seymour Duncan Blackout ABH-1 active pickups, with a single volume control and an on-off mini switch. The Revolver EC uses black nickel hardware, including ESP locking tuners and a Tonepros TOM bridge and tailpiece.

As for the art design on the guitar, Gus wanted to go for something different this time. So he teamed up with Patric Ullaeus & Björn Johansson who came up with the graphic and the whole concept of RockART“.

Patric Ullaeus is an acclaimed director and photographer and among other acts, he has shot 3 Firewind videos and has also been the band’s photographer since 2006.
