Behemoth Frontman, Adam "Nergal" Darski, Rushed to Polish Hospital

Several polish media outlets are reporting that Adam "Nergal" Darski, vocalist of the Polish death metal act Behemoth, has been rushed to hospital for immediate medical treatment for an undisclosed illness.

It was reported on August 5th, 2010 that Behemoth would have to cancel their scheduled appearance at this year's Sonisphere Festival to do "health issues." Adam Darski was admitted to Gdansk Medical University Hospital to receive emergency treatment. Polish media are also reporting that manager Jaroslaw Burdek and fellow Behemoth band members had reportedly claimed Nergal's condition was seen as "serious."
According to se.pl Adam "Nergal" Darski was sent to the Haematology Branch of Gdansk Medical University Hospital. Haematology is the practice of medicine relating to blood and bone marrow disorders.
All future touring plans are currently on hold, until further information is released.
